contrary to all the negative reviews I see here I have nothing but good things to say about Schulte's. Have had Subarus for nearly 20 years, bought first one used from another dealership & when their carelessness resulted in me being stranded in the middle of 41st immediately after an oil change all they could say was that they had noticed some sluggishness in the transmission which they never advised me of until I complained of being stranded. She was very efficient and friendly, answered all my questions, and sent me a few photos she went and shot of the car for me. I felt I was in very good hands with her and enjoyed the experience of working with her. We have not yet come to an agreement about price, but no matter how this goes, I have a very good impression of Schulte Subaru based on my interactions with Amber.

After having a horrible pre-owned experience with a hometown Subaru dealer, I found a pre-owned online at Schulte. Although it was an out of state transaction, everything went very smoothly. This dealership and specifically Ryan McConnell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He even delivered the car to the Sioux Falls airport on a Saturday evening so we could get right on the road back to Colorado after picking up. The Colorado dealership that will remain unnamed could learn a few things about integrity and customer service from Schulte! I and super happy with the vehicle - thanks Schulte!
After being seriously lowballed on my trade by a dealer in Rapid City (whom I had worked with before) I emailed Andrew at Schulte. We had bought a used car for our son in college from Andrew 6 months prior and though I would see if he could help!! Best decision I could have made!! Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give to Mike is that I didnāt āanalyze the numbersā to see if I was being taken advantage of. Our salesman, Paul Schroeder, couldn't have been more helpful in making up our minds which Subaru model would work best for us. We were given fair value for our trade-in, and the vehicle delivered ready on the day promised. Overall a very good experience.
